La Svolta is owned by Valerio Calabro, an old chef friend of Daniel. They used to cook together when Daniel was working as a Chef within the hospitality industry. They both decided to go on their own paths, with Daniel starting 3.14 Degree and Valerio opening La Svolta.

With the collaboration of the two businesses, this is where the idea for preventive maintenance began. 3.14 Degree continue to work alongside La Svolta to maintain their venue, providing a quality service for all.
